1. Incoming Material Inspection

Before production begins, we inspect incoming raw materials and components to confirm they meet required specifications. This step helps reduce quality risks at the source and supports stable production results.

• Material verification for ceramic bodies, metal parts, glass items, plastics, silicone components, and coating materials
• Visual inspection for surface defects, contamination, color inconsistency, and damage during transport

2. In-Process Quality Control

During manufacturing, we monitor key process points to maintain consistent quality and reduce variation. Our team checks critical details based on the product type and production method, including forming, coating, printing, assembly, curing, and surface treatment.

For sublimation-coated mugs, printed drinkware, stainless steel bottles, and insulated travel cups, we pay close attention to coating uniformity, print clarity, fit of components, and surface finish. For ceramic, enamel, glass, and plastic products, we review shaping accuracy, color consistency, and workmanship throughout the line.

• Process sampling at key production stages
• Appearance control for print registration, color matching, gloss, and surface cleanliness
• Dimensional checks for capacity, height, diameter, and fitting parts

3. Finished Product Inspection

Every finished order undergoes final inspection before packaging and shipment. This step is used to confirm that the products comply with customer requirements and are ready for export handling.

Final checks may include appearance, functionality, dimension, and packaging readiness, depending on the product category and order specification. We inspect for defects that could affect usability, branding effect, or customer satisfaction.

• Surface and print inspection for scratches, stains, pinholes, bubbles, color deviation, and logo issues
• Functional review for lid fit, sealing performance, opening and closing smoothness, and assembly integrity
• Dimensional verification against approved samples or product drawings
• General workmanship assessment for edges, trimming, alignment, and overall presentation

4. Packaging and Pre-Shipment Check

Packaging is an important part of quality control because it protects products during storage and international transport. We inspect packaging materials, inner packing methods, carton strength, labeling, and shipping marks before goods leave the factory.

For export orders, we also review carton quantity, packing configuration, and outer box condition to help reduce transit damage and ensure smooth warehouse handling at the destination.
